I ordered a handful of stickers to help encourage a friend of mine that was just getting into hiking and wanting to bling out her water bottle. Jillian's ended up not having one of the stickers I ordered, so sent me the rest of my order promptly including an extra sticker with a note saying they'd send along the last sticker when it came in. Four weeks later it just arrived :) Great local business I'll definitely support in the future!
