The product I want is sold out. Is it coming back?

We will be restocking our items as soon as possible as they arrive from our suppliers. If there is a specific item you want, you can click the "notify me when available" button on the product's page. When that product comes back in stock, we will message you and you will have first-dibs! Otherwise, the best way to stay in the loop on item restocks and new collections would be to join our Store Newsletter through the link at the bottom of our site.

 

What is the return policy?

At this time, we are unable to process returns on any items in the store. ALL items are final sale.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

 If you need to change or cancel your order please get in touch with us ASAP at jilliansgeneralstore@gmail.com. Once an order is processed and shipped we are unable to make changes to that order. 

 

Can I exchange for a different size?

At this time, we are unable to process any exchanges or returns on any items in the store. ALL items are final sale. 

 

Does Jillian's General Store offer international shipping?

We are working hard to be able to offer our products to our friends overseas, but at this time, Jillian's General Store only ships to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We will announce when we are able to offer international shipping in the future.
